I just did some quick research and discovered some W210s with mudflaps. I was unable to find a retailer though. Does anyone know where i can get a set? Does MB sell them?
Another winter related question: Is it possible to leave the engine running with one key and lock the doors with another? (i.e.: letting it warm up outside unattended) I have a '96 and am somewhat worried about the whole engine-lockout thing. Thanks--
[:D] Why do you want to install the mud flaps. MB's dont look grate with mud flaps plus they dont fit correctly. It will look like after market with MB logo . Instead put Body kit and that will give your car grate look.
Heh, if you have any sort of snow in your area, you'd know why...

Why do you want mud flaps on a Benz? What's next? A gun rack? Just wash your car.
With all of the sand and gravel that they dump onto roads during the winter, without mudflaps, the paint on the lower bumper and rocker panel gets dinged and pitted by all of the debris thrown up by the tires. Mudflaps are a quite an important component for protection.
As for the look, I disagree. I have mudflaps on my C320 and they look great! Subtle and certainly better than pieces of wet dried grass stuck all over the rear bumper and under the front doors.

Check with your dealer's parts department. They do have moulded mudflaps which are specific to your car.

Hmm, I've never tried this. You may want to roll down the driver's side window and then try this procedure. That way you can still manually unlock the vehicle with the 2nd key if necessary!
Thanks, Drew, for your defense... I am going to Hamilton College in upatate NY in the middle of the snowbelt. I want to try and preserve the car as much as possible, and will be unable to wash the car as much as I would if I were home. I will most likely take them off over the summer (if it's an easy DIY job).
theyre on my ml and they are factory. dont listen to people who dont know what they are talking about. they will look good on your e. let those other guys ruin theirs with 20 inch rims and other tacky add ons.
