Can the sport package and COMAND navigation system be ordered together on the 2001 E430? I know on the 2000 E430 the sport package and the COMAND navigation system can be ordered together. I went to the MBUSA website and according to that, the sport package and COMAND navigation system are unavailable together. However, I called MBNA customer relations twice about this. The first time I spoke to a man (don't remember his name). The second time I spoke to a woman (don't remember her mane either). They both told me both the sport package and COMAND navigation system can be ordered together on the 2001 E430 and 2001 E320 just like the 2000 E430 according to their info on the 2001 E Class. The sport package is optional for the first time on the E320 for 2001 (it was unavailable on pre-2001 E320s). Is there a possibility the MBUSA website has a miscrepancy? Given the fact Mercedes one of the top selling luxury brands in the U.S., their customer satisfaction ratings are in the top 10 on J.D. Power and Associates and they cost a fortune (more than any "mainstream" luxury car) I would think the MBUSA does have a miscrepancy on the E430. I would think if Mercedes wants to remain one of the top selling (or the top selling) luxury brands in America and remain in the top 10 in the J.D. Power and Associates, they will be smart enough to make the sport package and COMAND navigation system available together if the customer wants to order both on the E430. Given the E430's steep base price ($53,845), Mercedes should be smart enough to know they will have E430 customers who want the sport package, COMAND navigation system or both. if anyone knows about this, could somebody please tell me? Thank you.
