EPC startek problem

Anyone else having difficulty getting into EPC?
It wont let me log in says the security certificate is bad.
I emailed them about 3 days ago but no reply yet

If anyone knows the correct number for the sway bar bushing for a 2001 E320 wagon can they post it? I'm replacing the sway bar links and want to do the bushings at the same time.
cheers
Barri

Barri,
That may have to do with the Java system. Maybe download new version of Java? There is more info in the FAQ on the log-in page. Working fine here. Latest Java upgrade was Java 7 Ver 7 (7.0.70) You can check this in Control Panel under Programs.

Cheers

Graham

fyi...I had a problem accessing EPC in the past, but with a different problem:

After loading Java, it said:

Unable to load resource: (http://epc-prod.startekinfo.com/EPC-...rvlets/epc.jar, 1.30.0.2)

The FAQs section in epc net online was a bit different for deleteing JAVA temporary files. I went into control panel -> Java -> From the general tab, at the bottom section, under temporary internet files, click settings -> Click delete files -> click both boxes for "Applications and Applets" and "Trace and Log Files". Click OK.

Restarted IE. Went to the epc net online website, logged in, all is good.

======

You may need to change security settings. I'm not sure.

Thanks Todd and Graham
if you aren't having a problem its got to be me!
I'll try an update of JAVA - I thought I had automatic updates on but sometimes I miss.
I'll use the 210 323 15 85 from Todd for now. I was a bit worried as there seem to be 3 different types of rubber bushing all slightly different and neither autohausaz or rmeuropean list them in their suspension lists for the 210 - just the end links.
thanks again
Barri

Barri, sometimes it is good to uninstall all old versions of Java first.

BTDT.

thanks Graham
I just tried it again and its coming up with an expired certificate from daimler AG through verisign as the problem. I'll keep playing with it. I evidently have the latest version 7 of java installed. I will delete all of the previous certificates cached next and see if it gets a new one.
I do love computers

Go back to a pre-level 7 version of Java. I had the same problem on Java 7 and had to drop back to Java 6 Update 7 to get it working. Java 6 is the pre-Oracle version of Java, while version 7 seems to have been f*cked up in the normal arrogant Oracle fashion.

That did it. I couldn't find 6 update 7 so I removed the 7 update 7 and replaced with the 6 update 35 off cnet and EPC runs again. When I was looking for the older version I see that lots of people are having problems with the new version! bet that cheers oracle up.
Ta very much
cheers
