wheels on a 1997 e420 sport?

Wondering if they will fit? 17x7.5 in front , 17x8.5 rear. Believe the fronts are 235 and rear are 245 but could be wrong about the front.

You do not give enough information to allow an answer.

1 What are the offsets of these wheels? They are probably 35 and 30...so they should be fine.

2 What are the sizes of the tyres...not just the width, but the profiles. In any case the correct sizes are 235/45 front and 265/40 back.

When you give all the info...then I can give the full answer.

The sizes I quoted are the ones you need.

The tyres you mentioned are 6mm too small on the radius of the rears...this will likely mean your cruise control will not operate at higher speeds. In any case your speedo will read incorrectly.

The correct radius is 322mm....the one you mentioned is 314mm.

Not very good at this ,but looks like the offset is too high? What about factory 2000 e430 17" rims. 17x8 37 et? I get different answers wherever I look. I need to replace the 17" rims that came with the car. Stolen. Would love to get same rims but can't find them anywhere, amg mono block 17".

Can anybody help. I just looked at a set of wheels and tires that the owner claims came off a 2001 e430. The markings inside said 8jx17 h2 and that was it, no offset number. They had 235/45/17 tires on, 5 spoke, said made in u.e.. There were 2 grids , one labeled 02 had 4 boxes checked. The othe labled 03 no boxes checked. Any way to find out if these are w210 rims without buying them? Are they replicas?
