Which MAGNAFLOW cat for my wagon?

Hello,
I need to replace one of my driver's side rear cat. I've been reading through the forums and the part # that comes up is the 53005 (2.25 inch inlet, 2.25 inch outlet) but when I search in MAGNAFLOW's site, the part that comes up is 99204HM (2 inch inlet, 2 inch outlet).
Does anyone know for sure which is the correct part?

It was the 53005 on my 2000 wagon.

I believe the 53005 is recommended because it slips on and can be welded without additional adapters, etc. It's also dirt cheap (allexhaust.com is reliable and has free shipping and the best price when I was shopping).

My suggestion would be to replace both of the rear ones, which will prevent any imbalance in backpressure (and you don't have to worry about the other one dying). Both are high-flow, but that way you're sure they are the same. Also, you will probably get a bit of a cut on the labor since they are already right there.

I am curious as to how well the Magnaflow's flow compared to the OEM Leistritz units? I am very weary about using aftermarket items.
