Question Replace Engine Mount for 1998 E320

I need to replace the Driver's side Engine Mount for my 1998 mercedes E320. I can get the part (mount) for around $70. Anybody know of a good independent shop in San Diego (La Jolla, Mira Mesa, Miramar, Clairemont, Rancho Bernardo, Escondido) that can install/replace it for relatively low labor cost ?
Also should you replace both mounts at the same time (even if the passenger side looks good.) ?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks...

Looks can be deceiving.

Replace both and enjoy a quiet ride.

Yes, replace both.

And do yourself a favor- Use only OEM mounts which are either Lemfoerder OR Sachs-Boge (I think it is the SAME company now).

Forum experience has shown the Fleabay Aftermarket ones don't last.

It isnt that hard to do on your own. Takes about an hour with a floor jack. Yes, replace both at the same time. And only use OEM. Sachs-Boge is the supplier.

If you're shopping "cheap" - then print out the excellent "stickie" for the repair and search for a general repair shop in your area that might cut you a deal.

There is a MB indie in Mira Mesa (do a google), or highly rated Silver Star in Escondido.

Keep the beat !

When I replace mine I took out the bottom bolt and the 4 bolts on the engine block, remove the top one outside the car with impact and replace on new one while outside, this might not be feasible for some that didn't have impact and air compressor. If you had flexible socket with extension might be a bit help. Both side not more than 1 hour job. Just wonder might be different for 98, mine were 97 and 95 and both had M104 engine.

A body shop once told me that have you heard of bring in beef to restaurant and have them cook a meal?

Of course, keep away from these sharks.

That is a smart idea. Interesting, it's worth to look into.
