Confused over PN for hydraulic fluid (WAGON)

My power steering and hydraulic fluid cap says 0019892003 for the fluid in my 2001 wagon.

But I can't find that part number for sale and I searched and there is nothing documented about what the modern equivalent is.

Is it:

0009899103
000989910310
Q1460001
0019892403
CHF11S

????

Well.. the stealer will have the right answer.
The one in WC is charging arm and leg on anything but if you are in Oakland, they are more reasonable.

Correct number is 001 989 20 03 or Fuchs Titan ZH5364B (for around $35). You should see "001 989 20 03" on the Fuchs bottle as well (this is the hydrolic oil which is shared with the hydrolic rear suspension and power steering on the w210 wagon)

These numbers are all wrong as far as I know:
Q1460001, 0019892403, CHF11S

I got a bottle of Q1460001 sitting in my basement. So glad, I did not put that in. They will probably try to give that to you at the stealer. Make sure you get the correct fluid. I do not know of any other place online that sells this stuff (besides the stealer).

I bought a qt last week. MB added a 12 at the end of the 001 989 20 03 part number. Paid $22. A couple of years ago I paid $20. Infaltion/weaker dollar, I guess....

Hmmm. $22 makes me think. Its $35 here in NY. And they do not even have it in stock. I have to order it. Hopefully, they gave you the right stuff.

I know with 100% certainty they gave me the right stuff. If paying $35 makes you feel better, go ahead.

No paying $35 does not make me feel good at all. This price difference is weird though. I remember discussing how expensive this fluid was with other members. As the wagon eats this fluid up. Where is your dealer? Maybe I can order it from them...

I went to Prestige in NJ, it was $35. I called MB Manhattan, It was $35. They may just be ripping us off over here...

My dealer is Mercedes of Fort Washington. It is near a Philadelphia suburb so it's a very long drive for you. The fluid I bought is FUCHS Titan ZH5364B Hydraulic Fluid (suspension / steering). The parts sales person told me he had never sold one before and asked me what it is used for.

Hmm... interesting. I was trying to find some of the Fuchs brand fluid with no luck, so I e-mailed them directly to see where I could find it. Basically they said it is not sold in the USA! I am surprised you found some at the dealer, maybe the dealer (or MB) buys it in Germany and ships it here themselves.

response direct from Fuchs:

Fuchs does not sell the ZH 5364 B in the US. I am not aware of any parts store selling it. I suggest that you check with your dealer. Thanks.
