I thought I would jump in here since it seems as though we have some very knowledgeable people here. This morning my wife drove her 2002 E320 to church and the radio worked fine. 45 minutes later she drove off and the radio was dead with the message “WAIT” (she had not touched the keypad) 10 minutes later the message changed to "CODE". Tonight, I tried to enter the code (I’ve done it before after changing battery and on other Mercedes), but it will not accept the code.

jespaulding, we have the same problem. The night before it was working fine. Next morning it was asking for the code.
Blitzed800, Can you give mine a try? My radio: MB Audio 30, Serial # X1020211, Model # BE 3309. THere is another number that reads "*3309IUOX1020211" on the radio. Appreciate any help. Thanks.
