Just removed ERG valve. The pipe is clean! I guess that I have to replace EGR valve itself.

Why you did not wait

and call is beyond me.However since you have decided to make it harder and more labor intensive clean the tube and the inlet to the intake before you clean the egr valve. You have a flow problem not an egr failure code. Test the valve before replacing since it most likely it is fine. You are throwing money at a problem that could have been solved in 15 minutes without pulling anything.
The time some people go to take the long way around a solution always amazes me.But hey it's their time

ohlord, old valve was stock. Because corrosion. I tried to clean it up by Seafoam. But event after that new one works smoother.
These are parts, which I replaced today:
A1121400460 — EGR valve
A1121590080 — intake pipe gasket.
A1121412180 — EGR pipe gasket
A1121412180 — EGR valve gasket.
A1120180482 — vent pipe.

I suppose that

is a viable $200 solution to a 9 buck problem.Or did you get the parts at the dealer and spend more?

I bough those parts locally. At local MB Shop. . parts.com has better price, but I didn't want to wait three, five days.

I cleaned both covers. Found that EGR holes in covers have different diameters.
Driver side covers (with oil cap) has 1.5mm hole. Small cover on left side has hole with diameter ~1mm.
Both holes were clogged when I removed the covers.
