W210 E200 ECU Reset??

Hi All!

I''m having a problem with my 1996 E200 (W210) at the moment.

I CAN''T keep petrol in it, it''s using far far FAR too much, it''s down on power, it kinda splutters on cold starts too. I have a Air Mass Meter ordered for it but I''m wondering if it''s a simple thing of just an ECU reset?

I know on some cars e.g. Subaru Impreza''s and older Peugeots, that if you disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, reconnect the battery and idle the car for 5 minutes, turn off, restart and drive the car hard for 5 minutes, it resets (or something like that)
Is there a similar process than anybody knows of for the W210???

To Reset adaptations on a W210 you will need to use a SDS
