Are you looking for the CV boots or joints?
They sell the boots as a kit at the MB dealers. They are about $70 per side. Each kit contains Inner and outer boots, oil and clamps.
Call your dealer and ask for CV boot kit.
Good luck
No joints are sold separately. You have to purchase whole axle that cost $1200 few years ago. My dealer "don't do boots only" anyway.
In case you really need whole axle, I have used one that I bought as a spare and don't need anymore. Still would put new boots no matter what.

If there is no grinding or clicking sound from your front axles when you make turns you might not have to replace them. Changing the boots is not an easy DIY. It is also a dirty DIY.
Dealers charge around 6 Hrs for this job. You will end up spending around $800 including the parts if you take it to a Mercedes Dealer. It is actually around 2Hrs DIY if you know what you are doing.
Its a messy job I definitely would not recommend for the novice. It requires a lot of knowledge and many tools. You can not buy the joint seperate, as stated previously. I would back ozcan totally with the noise concern statement.
We charge 2.5hrs labor to replace front cv boots plus ~ $90 boot kit (inner and outer cv boot for 1 cv axle). We mostly charge warranty labor rates for all our customer pay, which is good for the customer but sucks for us techs! Anyways, any place that gives you some 6 hr labor quote has more than a cows ass
