pls help me fix this

the panel beneath my passenger side rear door is sagging, probably as a result of me going over a curb or something. upon inspection i seem to be missing a couple of rectangular clips and a small bolt, i wonder where i can get these fasteners. will an autozone have them, for example?
thanks, paul

I had the same thing but I didn't lose any clips it was just lose and was dragging on one side. The dealer checked to make sure it wasn't ripped or anything and it was all in tack just one of the bolts came lose so they just bolted it on tight at no charge to me. They said if you hit potholes or go fast over bumps etc, the screws/bolts are known to start becoming lose. You might be able to get the clips at the MB service dept.

Looks like the clips are fallen off.. Check with the dealer.
