Smile Nearly there.Updates SRS Studdering

[size="3"]Hello to all, this is just an update about the mercedes to let people know what is going on.
I went to a dealer (Sound illegal stuff ) to get a scan and there was tons of faults stored into the brain ( not mine ) of the car. They erased the whole lot, now the SRS light is off and the airbags are working fine. If someone is interested I could post the diagnosis sheets.
This was a really good news. The other is that the car was studdering at about 3000 rev, it could not get full power. Well, I am running on 99.9 chippie oil with no additives, only a bit of diesel to diluted it a wee bit. I think that last time my oil was not filtered properly, this clogged the fuel filter. I have since change it and the car run like a charm, wheel spinning easily. The fuel filter wasn't the only one, I have replaced the airfilter that was really in bad condition, took the MAF out and clean it with some household product (ciclit bang), this I reckon helped a lot as well. Then if your car stuuder, I will look at a new set of filter that might help you getting the power bak.
I still have some bubbles in the pipes but I'll do that I don't know when, it might be from the tank, the pump or the temperature sensor attach to the head. Who knows???
The alarm still doesn't work as the swicth of the boot in the center console is lit all the time, the brain thinking the boot is open. It must be a short circuit, I looked under the boot again, on the door side ( where the wire run) but couldn'd see any problems. I look at this in few days/ month. I would like just to enjoy the ride of this beautiful car. I love it. So nice and pleasant to drive.
This is about it so far, I like to thank all of you who did help on my previous post .
I'll keep updating if I ever find the short circuit and or the bubbles
Olivier
