I've decided that after installing billstein HD's a few years ago my car looks like an offroad machine. So it's time to borrow my neighbors benz spring compressor to remove my springs, cut them to obtain a 1.25 inch drop, then put it all back together.
Anyone have photo's of the before and after.... ?
Also, besides the cool lowering factor, has anyone noticed ride/performance benefits after lowering their car...?
can cold saw cut 1/2 coil and drop it,but the hd shocks are going to be the limiting factor.Sport shocks have the shorter travel.Big difference in ride,less roll,firmer ride,lower cg.You will like it.What rim diameter and tire size?
