1999 W210 Turbodiesel

Hey guys, my first post obviously wasnt very attractive to anyone posting any comments, so I will try this one more time.

I have a few questions to start with, anyone with an answer try to be helpful please.

I am looking for some of the under body belly pans, or sound encapsulation panels. Is the only place to get them from a dealership or a junkyard?

Also, where the hell is the engine coolant drain plug. I have tried looking on the passenger side, near the exhaust manifold, and I have been unsuccessful in finding anything; I actually loosened something near the front of the passengers' side engine block that had oil inside. I attempted to torque it back to an acceptable fit, and took it for a ride to ensure it wasnt f'ed in the a$$.

Someone please help me, 99 E300TD, trying to maintenance, losing my cool....
