E430 0-60 time?

Hi,

My new to me E430 really hauls ass! I'm loving driving it! I know it's not as fast as an E55 but it gathers speed pretty quickly IMO. My question is, can anyone tell me what are the performance specs for zero to sixty mph and standing start quarter mile times for the 1998-2002 E430?

Hey,

I don't know about the standing quarter mile, but I recall the quoted 0-60 dash time being 6.6s.

Priceless how this "big, blocky, older" Benz absolutely dusts my own "much sportier" 2006 BMW 330Ci ragtop.

And the E430 feels even faster than it is. The torque is wonderful!

there are ways of making a E320 run faster than a E430?

search 98 E430 sport, you could find 6.1s to 6.2s for 0-60mph

1/4 is sub 15, with a good driver
