year and model.rolling diameter is dead on stock, you just need to check if it needs rad lugs.chrome will chip and give you sealing problems, how much you paying for said issues?

I don't know what year and model they came off as I haven't talked to the owner yet (posting), but my car is 99 E430 pre-facelift. I just want to keep the car 5 more years and if it starts to chip then I don't care. Just don't chip or peel now as chrome is prone to do, and which I don't like. I just need to examine them first.
Price is $500 with tires, so pretty good. Still on the fence.
Alpha - those are pretty wide rims, but the low offset should help - I'd double check clearance though.
Another thing to factor in if you can is to do a leak test. I learned the hard way buying some used alloys that the alloys themselves can leak due to porosity in the casting. This was with made in Austria, original Mercedes rims. Leak was very minor, but one tire would slowly lose pressure over a few days and get flat. There was an area where the paint had worn off on the inner rim and this was enough to expose a leak.
Soapy water will show any potential leaks, and inspect both inside and outside edges for trueness and any evidence of impact.
