My left turn signal is really tweaking out. Just the left though, not the right. For some reason when I turn on the left signals, it blinks at about 3x normal speed. Very odd. What's causing that?

Crack is right. As in crack in bulb. As in not working bulb. As in replace the burnt out bulb.
It does this to alert you that something is wrong with (most likely) the turn signal bulb. Do you have a lamp defective warning on your instrument cluster as well?

Both for me
my left and right do the same. Really fast. Still working though
Good post as I'll check all the light bulb and if this is not this someone might have the answer.

No, sir. If this is really the case, what an odd redundancy. Why would the engineer in both the crack-head indicators, AND the lamp defective idiot warning? Strange

I don't know enough about the blinker system to go any deeper, but I think it operates on resistance and if resistance changes, you get the faster blinking. So the bulb could be on its last legs, but not completely dead. Or a bad connection between the bulb and socket, etc. Either way, I would check the bulb and replace it if you have a spare, see if this fixes it.
The reason the blinkers go faster is because when one light goes out you reduce the resistance of the circuit. This increases the amperage flow through the circuit and causes the circuit breaker to set and reset faster. Its not engineered to do that its just physics . The idiot light on the dash is engineered to be there though.
