Unhappy 1998 e 320 Climate Control with no display?

Hi guys!

I am trying to help out with my sister's E320...The Climate control unit shows absolutely nothing/no display - obviously no control of the buttons. Is there a fuse for the unit?

Fuse 4 or 7

controls instrument cluster and climate control display, located in the main fuse panel by the battery. If not that pull the unit with the special radio/climate control keys and check that the unit is plugged in.

best to check fuses with a multimeter on ohms setting instead of just looking at them, sometimes they can fool you.
rest of fuse chart is located in diy section at top of forum under electrical.

fuses are driver side under the hood

and I'm not sure if your talking sedan or wagon but on my wagon there are also fuses under the middle row seat, (passanger side) hopefully you already found them.

And more on the end of the dash, under a panel that is behind the driver's door. And yet more on top of the K40 relay module.

Is that all of them?
