License plate screw holes worn out in my 1997 E320. Does any one know how to fix it?
Thanks
Can you be a little more precise and add a few more details as to exactly how they are "worn out"?

Did you try metric, or SAE screws?
If the holes are in fact bad -you can retape them, or I think after removing the trunk liners you could get on the back side and put nuts.

Yeah, that is sort of why I asked why he thinks they are "worn out".
FWIW you can actually buy the posts and then replace them in (but it does require trunk liner removal). I have one that spins because some lunkhead put an SAE screw in it, when I do the plate bulbs I intend to try and re-fix it in place. I already re-tapped it, so if I can re-fix it I think that will take care of it.
