I have an 2002 E320, and last night randomly the AC stopped working. I can hear the vents opening but no air is coming out even when I set the controls to max. I checked all three fuse boxes but couldn't find any reference to blower or AC. Anyone know what if could be? Also, if anyone knows which fuse box I should be looking in, that would be a great help.

I would access the blower assembly and check for voltage at the blower motor. It should be constant battery voltage. If you have no voltage, continue to hunt for the fuse. It may be on top of the K40 relay module, in the module box under the hood.
If you have voltage there, disconnect the negative lead to the blower (goes to the regulator) and ground it.
If the blower runs at full speed, the problem lies in the regulator (likely) or the pushbutton unit (less likely). If the blower doesn't run at all, the problem is the blower motor.

Thanks! I found the fuse, and there was nothing wrong...tried the AC again and it is working fine. I do have a strange feeling that I have an electrical problem as this is the third seemingly huge issue that basically occurred only once and never again (ESP and ABS went out, Car didn't start, A/C stopped) in the last 6 months. Thanks again.

You need to start looking around for a bad connection, (assuming battery is OK).
I would start in the battery compartment, make sure all connections are secure then check under the hood, pay close attention to the ground terminals.
