ECT Sensor Code

97 W210 E420. Same old AC blowing hot, I've read through most of the DIY threads about it...a wealth of information and has been helpful and very educational. I ran the diagnosis which had reported low coolant, tried to replenish that but found I had too much coolant after trying to add more, pressure was high in the 70psi color code RED. I still hear a hiss in the center chutes while being blasted by hot air. I also cleaned out the duovalves. Know I also get the ECT sensor code have no idea where to go from here, any insight is great appreciated. I'm sure someone has tackled this already. DO I have a faulty sensor? help guys, thanks.
