My experience is low refrigerant. For some reason passenger side blows cold before driver's side. Top up R134a and the driver cools down.

That is a common fault, but by far not the only possibility. Don't add refrigerant without determining if you really are low, or you can cause damage to the system.

My system was blowing warm from the driver's side vents, but it was not because of low refrigerant level. Rather, there was a restriction in the system preventing proper refrigerant flow. In addition, if the restriction is before the pressure sensor (as was the case on mine), the pushbutton unit will not be reading the actual high-side pressure and thus won't be able to shut down the compressor when the head pressure gets too high.

My pushbutton unit showed 3 with the compressor running, but the high-side port showed 350 psi.
