front spring pads

lowered my '99 E320 about 5 weeks ago. Shocks and springs. Rear went down 1 1/2" front only about 3/8. I have #1 pads on the rear #4 on the front. Anyone have a set of #1 fronts they want to sell? No MB dealer close to here.

have you put enough miles on it to allow settling? dont know what amount of
driving you would have done during that time.

yeah, that should be enough time. hmm, i'm using #1s up front and that gives
me just the right amount of gap I want...about 1". I have #2s you can have
if you pay for the postage. this could work if you mark off a ring on the outside
circumference and then use a hacksaw to carefully trim off 4mm or so. then,
radius the edge so it will sit well inside the spring perch. use your #4 as a gude.

spring pad trimming used here
