Diverter flap and heater duovalve

Can someone please tell me where these are located?

If you have a LHD car, the duovalve is located just beside the module box under the hood.

As for the flap, there are a number of flaps in the system, so you'll have to be more specific.

Well the reason i asked is because I got the diagnostic from How to Diagnose Air Conditioning Malfunctions | EclassBenz.com
and it says that I need to fix the diverter flaps that direct airflow and mix the air. I attach the files so you can see what i'm talking about.
