What the heck is this thing I found hanging off the back of my car and how do I fix it? I'm sure I can jimmy it back on to wherever it needs to go but honestly I dont have the slightest idea of where that is. Can anyone give me a picture?

Hey, Jon-Michael. Are you going through a nasty divorce or do you have a suspicious wife? Looks like a tracking device.
Seriously, I've not fully explored the underneath of my car but can't recall seeing anything like that. I'd simply be tempted to raise up the right side and put it on jack stands and get under and look around.
(Or I guess you could unplug it and see what error you get. )
Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg

It has a MB part number on it so I figure it cant be that threatening unless MB has recently gotten into the car bombing industry. I might just tape it back up there for the time being. Can anyone look it up via the part number for me?
