Is there any place besides the stealerships and junk yards to pick them up ? The plastic got brittle on my drivers door reciever and its falling apart now. Also is the trunk one the same part and interchangable ?

Did you notice that you as a buyer can post a "Want it now" (or something similar) ad? I couldn't find some parts because I was not describing them using the same terms as the sellers were. The eBay system will even find a match(es) for you when you place the ad. Another reason to try this is some sellers have things that are not listed, but somehow they can find your ad and will contact you. Good Luck!
Several members dealt with the deteriorating plastic cover in different way. Some manufactured plastic cover, I used clear caulk. Than the 1997 model is our dog mobile, where cosmetics are not high priority.
From what I know the problem with driver door receiver is that some people are trying to stick the key in it.
