Text is done, I know Matt is a busy guy, so I may have a few days to correct, improve, and make additions, but for the most part it is done.
I will do it one of these days. You know, when I get some spare time. I'll try to do it before too long.
Well, I've been swamped, but if I find time I may download the whole thing, clean it up and assemble the tasty bits as a PDF and send it your way, you can dump most the posts and just add the pdf. Whether I'd get to that before Thanksgiving is another story entirely.
