oil and filter change,plugs need to be changed just the plugs not the wires,transmission fluid and filter need to be changed mercedes fluid only.
inspect all hoses and belt.

To that I would add all fluids if not already done, differential, power steering, brake, coolant, etc. If you've been doing regular services coolant and brake should have been done, plus be sure to do a thorough inspection underneath for corrosion, etc. Fuel filter if not done, too.
