Xenon self-levelling

I just looked at my 2001 E-Class brochure. It describes the xenon headlights in 2 places. Listed under Exterior Features/standard equipment for the E55 AMG Sport Sedan:

Xenon High-Intensity Discharge low-beam headlamps with automatic level control, halogen high beams, and heated headlamp washers.

Listed under Optional Equipment for all models except the E55:

Package E1: Xenon High Intensity Discharge headlamps with heated washers.

I think we have to assume this means all of the Xenon headlamp systems are fully described by the 1st statement above, and are accurate for both the E55 and our other models with that option.

Obviously, I was looking in the wrong place. So, I am sorry that I spread some mis-information on this topic.
