Gold is not my first choice but I'll give them a call.

away from ebay cars,most on the whole are hoopdies.Look for private owner well maintained cars.and inspect

Agreed. That's why i didnt bid, but it was a sweet burgundy over graphite. well presented. and sold for $10.5. If I didnt want a wagon there's a nice 2002 E430 4matic at my indy right now.

I drove a 99 today. White over grey. 2 previous owners, was a certified car when sold to the 2nd. 95k miles. Decent shape. small dash cracks. missing cargo cover/net. driver headrest didnt work. locking the driver door from inside didn't lock the other doors. minor scratches. arizona/nevada car. It drove great. great acceleration, trans shifts perfectly, had a bunch of records from MB dealers in LA and LV. But, was throwing the "secondary air" code. ask was $11.9. Before I invest in a PPI, based upon what you know, what's a fair price assuming the fault is just a pump and nothing more serious?

tops.Pass.Sounds abused.For 12g you can pick up low mile 01's.

Thanks. I did pass. I have all summer to look. I'm going to see another 99 on monday. 105k miles and ask is $9999. No diesels for me as I need a 4matic.
