First procedure didn't work when I took it in last week for the steering wheel noise. They just pretty much lubed is with special grease. I took it back in this yesterday so they did the 2nd procedure which was replacing the brackets. That didn't work either so they did the final procedures which was replacing the steering rack... now I have a total new steering. It feels like a total new car! with alignment, flushed power steering fluid, (saves me maintenance). nice to have the CPO under the belt.
Now I just have to do maintenance.
