How much does dealer charge for programming the instruments cluster

Has anybody changed the instruments cluster and had the odometer programmed to the current mileage of the car? How much have you paid for the progamming (not the cluster)?

Do they do it at all when you don't buy the cluster from them?

Thanks!

If it

works fine just use it as is.When it comes to sales time just disclose it as unknown miles if your state has that requirement.Dealer gonna rape you

The Dealer should charge 1 hour labor to version code the replacement combi
as its stored in the ME control unit as well ...simple to correct Via the SDS

BTW If you order a NEW replacement combi it will come coded with the correct miles
as the dealer will ask and verify the Miles

Well, 1 hour labor ($100?) is in my budget, worth thinking about it, thanks!
