European wrecking yard would be your best bet.Shipping a new one from the states would cost an arm and a leg.

+1 - Steve Krabbenborg (sp) is in the Netherlands and although I have never bought anything from him, he or his assistant Wanda WILL get back to you. Not that you will need it, but Steve also travels around the world to install various parts and upgrades.

1) Do you mean that MB won't sell me original parts of the car?
2) Do you mean that MB won't sell me original parts of the car that weren't in the car when it came out of the factory?
3) Do you mean that MB won't sell me that one piece of wooden thing but only would sell me entire wooden pack of interior parts?
4) Do you mean that MB original wooden parts are expensive as more then 2000$ for that wooden part?
I think Mark wants to say that at this moment, Mercedes only has the full optioned wood panels available (i.e. with 3 holes on each side of the hazard switch, so 7 holes in total). Since the 210 is an old(er) MB model, they don't manufacture lots of spare parts anymore. Whatever is available, is what will be sold. They won't manufacture wood panels conform switch configuration of the car anymore...
If you don't have a full optioned wood panel in your car, you will need some dummy switches to fill the extra holes.
Finally got the point of what you were saying but it would spare them some time in the factory not to drill cople extra holes in it
Anyways I think I've found one place that sells them but still 260 EUR for that thing seems to be rip off to me.
Compared to damage I've got in the old one.
Any ideas how to repair old one? - I've just got it broken on right side but I've got all the pieces.
