Check engine/ need info

got the check engine light today,
came up code 0161 downstream o2 sensor heater

does the 97 e420 have more than 1 o2 sensor?

when i look under the car from the side i can see 1 in the exhaust pipe is that the one?

car runs great otherwise, no change,,i reset the code and it hasnt come back,

should it be replaced?

where and how much??

if it comes back.They are 100k miles maint items so how many miles on the car?

about 100 bucks ea. for the two pre cat and the same for the two post cat o2 sensors
get the proper o2 socket,do it with the engine warm not hot(helps in removal)be careful with the wires.Use only o2 sensor approved antiseize.

cool thanks,,,i ordered a tranny fluid change kit from them,,,good shop!!

ill see if the check engine light comes on again this week.
