My goal for the spring is to get my car lowered and on new 17" wheels

can't decide on wheels yet

but then im stuck, i don't know type of suspension set up i want
i don't want it slammed, and not have a harsh ride

the replicas,correct width,correct backspacing and def the correct pricing.Spending 500 bucks per wheel is fine if you don't mind that you will never recoup it when you sell the car or if you are made of money
Discount has excellent deals and do fine work. Springs and sport shocks and a good alignment would be next.You are correct though,that will affect the quality of the ride,not bad with 17's but you will notice it.

If you are going to spend the money, I would go with the first AMG style wheel. Not many of our cars have this wheel. The others are widely used.

if i had the money i would get the first choice..but im thinking of getting the replicas of the AMG Twin

anyone recommend a suspension set up?

or eibach and bilsteins sport shocks.I thought you did not want to mess with ride quality
