engine wiring harness is not a problem on w210, only on previous years w124. also when changing the spark plugs (F8DC4 only) on m104, don't forget to change the 3 connectors also, they cost like $12.
the whole job shoulnd't take longer than 20 minutes to someone who has done it before, and less then 1 hr to someone doing it for the first time. pretty easy job on m104, but it needs to be done every 30k miles.
Confused ! My Owner's manual (M104.995) says Bosch F9DCO and the Bosch catalog suggests Bosch 4301 Platinum 2+.

Dood, I don't know what brand of crack they have you smokin' up there, but don't send any out this way.
RubenCR, thanks for the post, you're now immortalized in the DIY sticky thread.
For those of you contemplating a spark plug change, while these are high voltage circuits (at least downstream of the coils), they're also completely dead so long as your key remains in your pocket. No need to disconnect the battery first.
Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg

RubenCR, thanks for the post. I had been googling all week for this info as I have the same inline. Like "Gregs210" said, "you are immortalized in the DIY sticky thread".
