Need some specific wire locations/colors

I am wiring a SAFCII into my car and need the following wire locations and verification:

1997 E320

MAF Output Wire: Yellow/White?
Cam Position Sensor Wire: ??? The one i need is pink on the older M104's but there is no pink wire that i have observed.
Throttle Actual Position Wire: ??? Red/White ???
Ground: Solid Brown

I have a mitchells wiring diagram but i dont believe it tells each wires specific job.
