Greetings all! I'm a current W124 owner who is thinking of getting out of the wagon and into a sedan. I think I've settled on the car, an '01 or '02 E320 4-matic. I've just started looking around the last few days and it seems to me that it is a difficult car to find. I would like to attribute that to the fact that it is such a great car that people don't like to get rid of them. luckily I don't NEED to get anything anytime soon, so I have plenty of time to shop around. Shopping tips would be gratefully accepted, but that's not really what I'm looking for. What I'd really like to see is a few pages of replies with owners bragging how great their E320 is!

You have to look more North for 4Matic. When I'm up in the North during the summer, I see lots of 4Matic's available (lots and lots of W210's). Most people order their Mercedes with this option because of the snow, in the North.
There's good availability in the Boston area for both sedan and wagon 4Matic.
