somebody correct me if i'm wrong, but tip probably referrs to tiptronic, which means it has auto transmission, but you can also change the gears yourself. the v6 in that e240 is not gonna be as powerful as your previous e320, but should be plenty enough. elegance is a nice package. how much is the price, how many miles?
