Dash mat - Benzworld.org

My 210 is relegated to sitting outside now and the NC sun is pretty brutal. I've got to get a front dash mat and a rear parcel shelf mat to protect them as much as I can from the sun. Anyone with any experience with them? Should I get the velour one or the carpeted one? My plan is to remove the front one and throw it in the trunk when I drive, although that could change if it looks good enough. In any case, I do not want to attach it to my dash since the dash is in great shape right now. Any particular vendors that you would recommend or stay away from? If any of you get any kind of a kickback if I mention you as referring me, let me know and I'll do that too.

For the front, have you looked into the MB Sunshades? They are designed for each model, and fit "perfectly", not allowing any sun onto the dash.

The back? Hmmmm, I have the "roll-down" shades on the rear-most window, and also on the rear doors. You may need to look at those, as an option.

And the cheap-O option-- Car cover? But they ARE a hassle, aren't they?
