E320 AC was blowing hot, now quit blowing

how can I do that? when I turn the A/C on I see the fan on but nothing blowing.

where is this regulator?

it was blowing before my wife took it to repair. we spent about $900 to get it not blowing .

I checked the fuses, all of them working fine.

I appreciate any help I can get here and thank you

The regulator is bolted to the fan mounting plate.

To apply power to the fan in place, disconnect the regulator, and ground the lead on the fan where the regulator was connected. There should be +12V on the other fan lead.
