Just wondering why it works for the earlier years and not the later.

I bought one of those from them a couple months ago and it didnt work... It was on a stock 97 non fiber optic deck. I forget what it did exactly but it would almost recognize it for a second but not play, or something like that.

I then tried modifying the pin locations as I think they had it wrong, but ended up messing the pins up and not getting them to stay. I never sent it back its still kicking around in my closet $50 down the drain

Interesting. Wonder why the sell crap like that. Sorry about the $50. Been using the cassete adapter, but I think I will upgrade some time soon to maybe the Command / Navagation set up. Still won't resolve my iPod situation, but should keep me entertained for a bit. Thanks for the information.

Big D, I got the Dension Gateway 500. It is $400, but the quality is amazing, and not too hard to install.

do you know if the dension solution will allow me to keep my CD change and add it onto my Telephone extension?
