Where is the best place to find the front bumper plate for my black 01 e320....i got an insane euro plate i wanna put on it....its an old soviet diplomat plate......

whats your take on setting it on the grill its oval and only about 7 x 4 inches

Grill is for grill badges and such. If it can't be mounted level and perpendicular to the road like the front plate, it will look tacky.

Ditto to Joe, if you want the Mercedes star, with or without a frame, they don't cost very much from a dealer (~$40 for plate, same for frame). If you want an oval German-style plate, look at what is available on eBay - I looked and there are a lot of possibilities there.
