This thread (Which was originally started by OBX884 and updated by Storm) should help reduce clutter and allow for a more comprehensive list of DIY procedures. Be sure to also review the many things in the tips/tricks and faq sticky in this W210 forum.

This thread will be updated as DIYs are added to our forum. Should the mods miss it, please PM one of us so we can add them to this list and keep it current.
