Audio 10 Radio CD plug & play for w210?

Hello Fellow Members,

Just a quick question,my cd player on 99 e430 died.Benz analysis is the radio

itself that gave up.Is this audio 10 that i see on the internet compatible w/

my car?I heard that it was european, that the station set-up might be different

here in north america. Can i have an opinion on this please.

i have euro spec-ed Audio 10 for my 99 E320. love swapping CDs w/o getting
out of the car. plug n play...no more than 2 mins. FM steps adjusted more to
US separation works splendidly. my AM sux anyway so never got around to
figuring out if the euro spec on AM is an issue. i'll need to evaluate amp/antenna
connections first.

That's fantastic Ray,i really do appreciate the knowledge base you have in

regards to some complex questions.This is what i have on my other ride,single

cd, now i can eliminate that cd stacker on the trunk.I just hope also that it

plays burned cd's. I like the red color w210 you have.

Thanks lkchris for that website,i went to it and everything was fully explained

in details.There are some websites that originated from germany who sells

the same radio.Its the reason why i had some reservation on it.
