There is no repair for the O2 sensor, just replacement. Best prices are on-line but they're still not cheap.
I would not let it go, with the sensor out of range you're possibly suffering a mileage loss, likely emitting more pollutants than you should and it's very probable that you'll damage something else, like another O2 sensor or a cat.
