Where can I start .... headlight mod

I really want to do an upgraded headlight mod as seen on so many of your sweet rides here. (zam, your work is amazing!) but i don't think i can budget th whole project now.

where can i start? can i get new assemblies that will really improve the look for now, but I can later mod to put in the new projectors/ballasts/bulbs? I really like the looks of these, but don't know exactly what I'm looking for. Please help!

Hey, HW.

In my opinion -- and experience -- it's better to save up the funds to do what you want the first time. Rarely does it cost less to buy something now and then upgrade it (or mod the mod) to get to what you really wanted in the first place.

There are exceptions, of course, but I think if your goal is to get to something like HID projectors, you're better off doing it when you can afford it instead of piecemeal. ZAM may have some ideas so as JOE55 says toss him a PM, hopefully there is a way to piecemeal it that isn't too expensive.

Feel lucky either way, though, at least you don't have to remove your bumper to extract the headlights.

Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg

Save up your money or do without something but get the Zam2000 upgrade or get nothing at all!! I got mine from Huy (Zam2000) and its the best thing out there. i just sold my OEM Xenons and i'm not looking back., only forward with a great big smile and IMO those that you posted are ugly and not nearly as nice as what i have now. hurry though, zam mentioned he may stop doing the upgrades because he has a full time job and a new baby.

i have to say, when i picked up the car with the OEM Xenons i almost didnt do the uprgrade because my originals were very nice as well, bright and clear but i had 1200 bucks burning a hole in my pocket so i went ahead with it not to mention Huy was waiting for me in fountain valley. but youre getting a hell of a deal with the ones i'm sending you, you will love them i'm sure!!
