Welcome to the forum.
Hop on over to the W210 forum -- your car's native forum -- and you'll find all you need to help you with this. If it's not in the DIY sticky thread at the top of that forum, then use the search function and you'll find plenty of posts on it. Pretty simple job, just a little limited access issues. Personally I prefer pulling the whole front pan, which is more trouble, but you'll be able to empty it of all the leaves, dirt, sand, dead bugs, etc. that accumulate in it, and once it's out of the way there are no access issues to the fog lights. Then it's a simple spring clip to remove the old and then pop the new one in.
