You know, I thought about those but the literature didn't mention them so I didn't want to go out on a limb. I just saw a 2002 E430 Sport on a dealer's lot last weekend and those sure look nice on there! Do you know if the package differs between the pre- and post-facelift models?

The Sport model has the AMG body kit. The pre face lift has a different front bumper because the hood, headlights, and front fenders were lowered slightly for the face lift. The side skirts and rear bumper are different as well. The face lift E55 AMG has a notch in the rear bumper for the exhaust while the per-face lift E55 had the exhaust tubes going under the bumper. The Sport model did not get the same exhaust as the E55 AMG so there was no notch for the exhaust in the rear bumper. The main difference in the pre-face lift look of the Sport body from stock is that the lower parts of the bumpers and side mouldings match the body color and are not a strip that is flat black.
